Versa 3 stuck on one screen

Hello

My Versa 3 has suddenly got stuck on a pink circular screen I’ve never seen before.  I’ve tried to reset it (connect to charger, press button for 8 seconds+) several times but it’s made no difference.  I find the reset difficult as the button doesn’t cooperate and goes to the ‘set alarm’ screen, but think it’s worked as the turquoise diamond shape appears

Any other suggestions please?

Hi there @Ferny, welcome back to the community. 

Thanks for mentioning the steps you have already tried. 

Based on the description of your current screen, I believe you have installed the clock face Intersection. If this is the case, it may be as simple as changing the face of your clock to something that's more common in order to see the time.
