Versa 3 stuck on "Set up your Wallet"

Mine is so stuck that I cannot even reset my watch. And obviously I've read everything where it says you cannot set up the wallet anyhow. I cannot even do a factory reset on this watch because the side button is not working. I've had it for less than a month what do I do?!

Hi there, @Zanthiablack. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

Usually that screen will appear when opening the wallet app on your watch by either tapping on it or with left button to access to the shortcuts. While it's not possible to delete the wallet app, please give a try to the following steps to reconnect your watch to your account:

1. Remove the Versa 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
3. Restart your watch.
4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
5. Select the Versa 3 and follow the onscreen instructions.

Additionally, please keep in mind that you can replace the Wallet App shortcut for any other option. To do so, on your Versa 3 swipe to Settings, tap, then swipe to shortcuts. It is here where you can configure what a single and double tap of the button will open. Replace the Wallet App for some other function.
