Versa 3 stuck on the Fitbit logo

I reset my versa 4 try turn it back on if flashed the logo from blue to black then the red x and then the screen goes black and dosnt come back on I’ve tried everything .. even bought new charger that isn’t the problem

Please try setting up your watch again:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app on your phone, tap the devices icon.
  2. Tap Add more devices.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I tried all the above suggestions including setting up the watch again. The phone/app can not find the device. Any further suggestions? Obviously this is a big issue with so many users. Please help.
