Versa 3 touchscreen stopped working

Hi, my versa 3 touch screen stopped working, since 2 days ago after moving account to google, clock face does not show on screen.

Hi there, @Juana730-. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 3.

Please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi, I follow instructions and it did not work, do I need to set up a new account as I said before I moved to Google account.
