Versa 3 unresponsive

I have come to the conclusion that Apple iPhones do not work well with the Fitbit app! My old Samsung phone usually always works but today it is down as well??? Just very exasperating trying to get my iPhone 14 Pro and my Versa 3 to sync! It always tells me my Bluetooth is not connected and it is, but not connecting to my iPhone???

Hi @DebTaylor - it is not a good idea to have 2 phones running the Fitbit App as they can conflict. try turning one off and see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Mine too stop sync. Says versa 3 active but no Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connection. May have to remove and start over, losing data.

I did uninstall it and reinstall it but that did not help. Everything
works on the Versa itself but not on the iPhone. ☹

Thank you for this information. I deleted the app off the Samsung and it
still would not connect to my iPhone pro. So, this morning I removed it
from my apple phone and it's working on my Samsung. I will not put it back
on my iPhone...

I've had the issue with my Versa 3 disconnecting Bluetooth since it was new 18 months ago. (Android Samsung A42).  Call Fitbit, they reset things and it works for maybe a day, then disconnects again. Called every couple of weeks until it was out of warranty, now they throw their hands up and say sorry, can't help anymore. I tried to explain it never worked properly since new (or for any length of time). But they didn't care. It's out of warranty. Asked to speak to a supervisor. He hung up on me. I'm so frustrated I could screem.

Basically $250 down the drain.

I was able to reconnect the Versa 3. I restarted my phone, uninstalled Fitbit app n reinstalled and Versa 3 connected on its own. Good luck to you.

Thanks for the suggestion. Over the past year I've done every combination
of restart, uninstall/reinstall possible. It'll work for a day, 2 at most,
then disconnect from Bluetooth.
