Versa 3 will not connect to Samsung

  • Hi guys- always worked before but I needed to change watch strap and lay 2 weeks. Now will not detect thru blue tooth I have deleted and downloaded program again but still not detecting the watch?

Thank you for sharing the details regarding your Versa 3. Sorry to know the difficulty that you are experiencing. 

I'd suggest you try to perform the following steps:

  • Remove your Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.
