In the middle of the night my fitbit was going crazy and then died. It's fully charged but will not turn on. I've held the button down- nothing.  HELP!

 me too.  It was on and charging and then off and “button” doesn’t relax.

I called customer service and they tried walking me through a few steps. None worked. My fitbit is only 5 months old. They are sending me a new one.
