Versa 3 won't charge even with a new charger

I purchased my versa 3 13 mths ago.  3 weeks ago it stopped charging. It stays at 0%.  I even purchased a new charger thinking that might be the problem. Connections have been cleaned.

Reset tried with no luck.  Now it just says 0% and the beginning screen.

Probably the issue is with the Versa 3 and not the chargers. So, before considering other options, I'd recommend trying the tips and recommendations provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
