Versa 3 won't charge

My versa 3 is just a year old.  It  will not charge.  I put it into 3 different USB's and 3 different outlets that all work otherwise.  

 

thoughts?

Start with cleaning the charger contacts and make sure they are al sticking up to the same degree. It may be time for a new charger. That happened to both myself and my wife.

my Versa 3 will not charge.  I have tried different USB's and different outlets.  

 

It is 1 year old and dead already.
