Versa 3 won’t charge

Hi does anyone know how to charge Versa 3 when saying device below operating temp. Warm it up to resume charging. We have sat on it to warm up but nothing and I’ve cleaned it, checked on another charger but same message. Thanks

I appreciate your message regarding the charging of your Versa 3 when saying device below operating temp. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts as well. 

The charging temperature should be between 32° to 95° F (0° to 35° C). Please verify that you are not in a colder room. 

In order to verify the proper charging process, please read and apply the suggestions shown in the following help article : Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? (This article explains that we need to try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger, my advice is, if you have a laptop or PC nearby, try to charge the device from the computer's USB port, at least 30 minutes).
