Hi All,
My Fitbit versa 3 will not charge. The notification advised the watch is too cold. I've had it on my wrist all day so baffled how it's now cold?
Any help pls? Thank you

Good evening.
I apologize if I enter the conversation but I have a similar problem.
I have a versa3 purchased 3 years ago that suddenly turned off a few days ago and has not given any more signs of life even though it was charged at 90% (this is reported in the history of the apple cell app). Put it on charge today the watch turned on first showing the logo and then the dial. The battery is zero. As soon as the display turns off the watch turns off. Removing and reconnecting the power behaves in the same way as previously reported.
what to do?
