My fitbit keeps randomly resetting the time to an hour ahead.  Any idea how I can fix that?

Hi there, @MinaD. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

Keep in mind that your Versa 3 may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. Sync your Fitbit device to see the correct time. For more information, see How do Fitbit devices sync their data?

On a side note, I'd like to know if you're also using MobileTrack? If so, please note if you're an Android user you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?

If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it and set up your Versa 3 again so it won't keep losing time (remember that your Versa 3 needs to sync constantly and it will do with the phone it's linked to). For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.
