Versa 3 won't keep the correct time

Owned many fitbits, never had a Fitbit Versa3  that you have to sync every single day to keep proper time. Junk!!  Appears this applies to every Fitbit!!  REALLY

Hi @Yooper16  - if your watch loses time between syncs it may be faulty.

 

Chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support. They may take you through a factory reset which means it will have to be reinstalled.
