Versa 3 won't show widgets when I swipe up

Recently when I try to swipe up to see the today screen to check the weather or the number of floors I've climbed, they won't appear.

When I swipe up the stats would not appear and it turns into a black blank screen. But when I specifically click on today app on the watch they are available. 

The screen turns black when I swipe it but when I click on the black screen the respective stats/measurements and weather are opening. When I swipe down, the watchface appears normally.

@Blue992   Please try restarting your Versa 3.  Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears.  This happened to me three or four times (I lost count) and a restart always fixed it.
