Versa 3 won't switch off

Versa 3 charged not been completely flat ..screen unresponsive ...can't get it to switch off my holding left button down 10/.15 seconds ..tried a few times ... It's no longer showing a heart beat reading or counting steps and no sleep registering when it sync with android phone ?...tried the above both on and off the charger.

Thanks for sharing these details and taking the time to troubleshoot your Versa 3. While the screen is unresponsive, may I know if you feel a vibration when pressing the button or plugging it into the charging cable? Is the green light on the back flashing?

If your answer is negative for both questions, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. Clean the gold contacts on your watch and charging cable.
  2. Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  3. Make sure you use an original charging cable and that your device is connected correctly.
  4. Restart your watch one more time to refresh its performance.
  5. Leave your device plugged in to the charging cable for at least 30 minutes.
