I loved my Ionic but had to return it due to problems with all the watches.

I got a Versa 3 and am so disappointed in it.  Most if the time it won’t sync with my app.  It also is very slow to come on.  It won’t display when I tap the watch face and half the time when I push the “on” button on the side.  Frustrating to say the least.  
havevothers had these problems?

Hi @mabberger - the button on the side is not a button per se.

 

Practice turning the display off and on by just squeezing the watch between finger and thumb so the fleshy part comes into contact with it.

 

Also swipe the face to the right to make sure that wrist wake icon is on and that Always On, Sleep and Do not disturb icons are off.

 

Often a restart of the phone and watch resolves syncing problems but see more here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
