I have tried the troubleshooting for my versa 3 bit it still will not sync with my watch. What else can I try?

Hi, i just had this issue. i contacted customer support for it. mine had the day and time way off they said to restart my fitbit, which didn’t work for me (to restart it you hold the bottom right and the left button at the same time until it turns off) then we tried a whole bunch of things and the only thing that worked was to update my fitbit app (if i knew it was that simple i wouldn’t have contacted support) i hope this helps

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
