Versa 3 wont stay connected

This is my 5th fitbit and I am sad to say I am very disappointed in it. It has a problem staying connected to even my app as I just received my weekly Stats and I usually am well over 90000 steps for a week(which I was at 111,643 steps last week but since it stopped logging on Thursday I only  had 65,715 on the report. Thats a HUGE difference!!! I know it will add in now that I finally got everything to sync up BUT it should not be like this. I have NEVER had a problem like this before with any of the other fitbits I had and this is not the first time this has happened. I just bought my fitbit in May of this year. I have already unistalled and reinstalled this about 10 times since getting it. Please let me know of anything else I can do(besides buying a new one!!)
