I know many including myself have posted how during an exercise because of the location of the button, your workout will be accidently paused or stopped .  (your wrist bends just right to cause this).

When will fitbit fix this?   Can you at least provide your customers with and estimated time frame to improve this.   I will be the first in line to by a new one.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with Fitbit Versa 3. Thank you for the information provided.

 

You are welcome to make a suggestion in the Feature Suggestions board which is constantly monitored by our engineering team for future implementations. If there is any update, it should be communicated as soon as possible.
