Let me tell you that we do have an option like that. The only thing is that you need to get the Dashboard on your laptop/desktop.
1. From the Dashboard, you press on the log button:
2. You can select a category from Food, Activities, Weight, and Sleep.
3. Then you choose the precise time period you want to see.
4. You will see visual bars displaying the information you wish to see.
