My Versa 3 is does not get by the Fitbit logo when doing a hard reset. I contacted customer support and they said it is stuck trying to download new software. It is out of warranty but only 1.5 yrs old. They did not have a solution to reset, only option is to purchase a new one with 35% discount. This is my first Fitbit, only ran with Gamins prior and had no issues. Very disappointed in the product. Any other suggestions on how to reset?
