Versa 4 stopped syncing

Noticed this morning that my versa 4 hadn’t synced in about an hour. Tried to sync it multiple times. Didn’t work. Restarted my Fitbit, phone, unpaired Bluetooth and deleted the app, and even factory reset it. It’s responsive, but even when I restart it I get the Fitbit logo and then a red x. When I try to re pair it with my phone it shows the code so fast and then another x. Won’t let me factory reset again either as the settings button is greyed out.
