Our team is actively investigating this issue and working on a resolution. In the meantime, please try clearing the app's cache and data on Android, or offloading the app if you are on iOS.
In the meantime, please verify that your Fitbit app and Versa 4 are up-to-date.

I have had the same issue. I have done all the recommended updates/switch off/checks. None of these have worked. No apps appear in the allow apps section, even after I have a new notification on my phone. The watch is almost useless as that’s what I wanted it for.

No not resolved keeps saying will be giving option when notification comes through phone but I’m getting WhatsApp messages on phone etc but not through watch and I have unpaired repaired and restarted and nothing and toggled all options

Yeah same I wanted it for steps and the notifications but same for me no apps appear in the apps notifications section
