After deleting several apps and downloading new ones I can no longer access this function all I manage to get is the calculator which I didn’t download. All other Apps are not available. It is not sufficient to say it is a server issue or chill out and get a life a reply from FITBIT. Would be appreciated otherwise I will be returning the item back to the shop for a refund and I would recommend everyone els3 with a silmiliar issue do the same. The watch is presently useless.

If you have 39 Apps installed, you cannot add more without deleting some from your Versa. For more details on managing Apps, see page 27 in the Versa User Manual.

Hi @Disgruntled12 I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your new Versa. I see you already have a suggestion to check the manual. If that doesn't solve your issue my next suggestion would be to contact Customer Support.
