Fitbit Versa won't sync with my Android OnePlus

My Fitbit Versa won't say it sanc on my OnePlus 3T Android phone.  I never had the issues with my Alta or Flex 2.   I have tried uninstalling the Alta and Flex 2 and removing the bluetBlue for those.   It does update the steps and calories not the sleep.   I have also tried it on my iPad which it works fine on.  However I would like it to work on my phone I don't carry my iPad with me.

@Kimkc It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! The OnePlus 3T isn't listed as a compatible device but as you say many users including you have been able to use it with Fitbit devices without issues. Try going to the bluetooth settings area on your OnePlus and remove all the devices listed there (including non Fitbit devices like BT headphones). After this restart your phone and restart your Versa by doing the following:

1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Make sure the app has the necessary permissions and try to sync them in a room free of other phones and bluetooth devices as they may interfere with the process.

Let me know how it goes!

This worked. It syncs now.  The only issue I having is I am now having to restart the watch in the morning to get it to sync. My husband had a versa too but on an iPhone without issue.   My son have my old flex and flex 2 on my old OnePlus 1 and has no issue.
