Has anyone had issue not being able to access the apps downloaded to the Versa? I can use my fitbit app, but I can't update my uploaded apps on the app or the website dashboard.
Hi, try restarting your Versa multiple times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower key buttons together untill you see the Fitbit Logo and release the buttons.
I cannot open apps within my Fitbit. For the past week my Fitbit will not up date my activity. I’ve tried all suggestions, deleting the app, rebooting my phone, etc. nothing is working. Very frustrating!!
