Versa Band

I’ve had my Versa for 6 months and the band just ripped in half. Is 6 months all I can expect for the product?

Hello @SunsetRunner and a warm welcome.  If you are in the US you can do the following: if you go to the Support page, there is an easy link for in-warranty band replacement.  If you are not in the US, use one of the other options (like email) to get help.

 

I am also moving this to the Versa forum.  It is a better fit for your issue.
