I have been a fitbit user for years. Upgraded to a versa at Christmas. I have had nothing but problems since. First I got a defective one that rebooted like 20 times a day. Now my battery wont last even 2 days and customer service is basically telling me I have to turn every feature I like off in order for it to last longer. Not impressed. Why did I even buy it if I cant use the features. Anyone else having this issue?

I received mine as a birthday gift in May, so just over 2 months ago, my battery doesn’t even last for 24 hours! 😢

I have turned everything off and still my battery wont last 24 hours I was hoping to find a suggestion here

This is what they have asked me to do as well. I am not impressed at all. That is horrible customer service. They know something is wrong but they are making us jump through hoops. Not to mention why would you buy a versa if you couldn't use any of the features in the first place. I am ready to say buy to fitbit. Their customer service used to be awesome. Now it is horrible.

Oh, darn. I just got a Versa and it's not holding a charge for much longer than 24 hours either. I removed as many of the apps as I could and put the screen on dim. The only other thing I can think of is to not have the screen light up so often. I thought there was a way to stop that from happening (an auto screen wake?) as it looks like it shows in the manual (page 27), but I can't find it anywhere in notifications! Anyone seen that little feature? Thanks.
