Versa Battery dying since update

Hi, ever since last firmware update my Versa has been dying within a day. I used to get away with charging every 3 or 4 days, now it's dead within a day. I disabled all notifications, reset to factory settings, turned off display, reduced usage as much as possible. No change. I got this for xmas of 2018, so it is ONLY  a year old and my third Fitbit device.

 

And as of yesterday, I have not been able to get it to charge or power on. It is effectively dead. I put it on charge at 7am yesterday when I realized the battery had gone from 60-5% overnight. It did not charge all day long.

Similar issue--I have always turned my Versa Special Edition off every night to decrease the frequency of needing to charge. I updated this week and once my Fitbit has said 0% battery when I turned it on in the morning (it was around 30% when I turned it off, the low battery light was not flashing), and once it wouldn't turn on at all. I had to hold down two buttons to get it to turn on.

 

I bought mine in March 2019. Not even a year old.
