Versa Black Screen

SO I've had my Versa for around a year now and it has worked out great...Until about a week ago. Very faded blue streaks on both sides of my watch were there and my versa went CRAZY. It started lagging bad. It swiped and clicked on different apps. It even came to the point when it started turning off my alarms and changing the time. I wasn't even touching it, I could've been late to school! This went on for about 3 days. I restarted and restarted but it still lagged. Then it got a little better, I had put it to charge so I guessed that was helpful. It still lagged but not as badly. Then one night it started glitching again and because it was pressing different apps, vibrating, and turning on which caused me to wake up. Then it stood still and it wouldn't turn off, I stopped touching it but it was just stuck turned on, so I was able to press 'Night mode" and it finally turned off. When I woke up I turned night mode off and it was fine... For about 10 minutes. Then it was just pitch black. Talk about a rollercoaster... I couldn't turn it on at all. I restarted it and it showed the logo and vibrated, but still was black. It still counts my steps, it's still synced to my phone, it still updates my sleep score, and shows me notifications. But my screen just doesn't work, and neither do the buttons.. Now my alarms go off and I can't turn them off! I press the button and all it does is snooze it and snooze it. It's been a week now, I've charged it, restarted, nothing. I contacted Fitbit support and they weren't able to fix the problem. They gave me a solution but it still didn't work. I went on community and found out this has been going on with others. Since none of the troubleshooting worked, they offered me 35% discount but the thing is, this is my second fitbit! Because the first one also had a problem which FitBit couln't solve, they offered a new one. Worst thing, my warranty just ended... Literally waited for my warranty to end (AND after Black Friday) just to get me to buy a new Fitbit... Very disappointing.

Had this issue for over a month. No help. No reply. They aren’t trying to fix it. It’s my last Fitbit. Just popped in tonight to see if they had a fix for us. I’m so disappointed. Mine wasn’t even 1 year old yet. I don’t want Alexa on my wrist nor Siri! I really enjoyed my 1st edition Versa.
