Versa Bluetooth Sync problems

Hi communtity.

So i bought the Versa as a anniversary gift.

 

The first two days everything worked out well. Now, my wife can not sync her data when she want to. Every time she want to sync the app displays the message that the Bluetooth is not activated on the Versa. But there is no menu to activate or disable the Bluetooth. 

In fact, if you search on the Phone(Samsung J5 2016), the Versa, it not apears. 

 

Are we doing something wrong?

David, do a RESTART and do it several times if necessary.

On the Versa, go to Settings>Bluetooth Connection Options>Music via Bluetooth.  Try toggling this on and off.  I believe ON is what you want.

Then do a Factory Reset and/or contact Customer Support. Swipe left to Settings.  Touch and scroll to About.  Touch and scroll to Factory Reset which will return your tracker to the way it was when you first started using it.

I don’t want to do a Factory Reset every time, when the device can not sync
