My phone's Bluetooth cant find my Versa.

My phone is a Galaxy S9+ and it is compatible.

My phone bluetooth works perfectly.

 

My versa stopped syncing with the fitbid app after the lasted firmware update got released. The update is not going though

I am facing similar problem yesterday.  I have a versa for about a year now and never encountered this issue. My Phone model is Samsung Galaxy 8. I have no problem until yesterday.
