My bluetooth does not pair up and not sync. trying to do Factory Reset and did not work, please help
Any Suggestions?

Hi @CarameliPod what is not working with your tracker and the Fitbit app.
A factory reset at best will only add more problems.
You say that the Bluetooth is not working. Do you get any error messages?
A user will not be able to pair the tracker through the phones Bluetooth.
So I'm back to asking, what is the reason that you felt the need to go into your phones Bluetooth.
