My Versa just stopped responding to all button pushes today, tried to reset, tried to restart, nothing worked.
I get screen flickers, but no Fitbit logo, just a flicker, and eventually a vibration. It's charged, but it won't sync and won't respond.
But here's the kicker. It's less than a year old, and when I contacted support, I was told that I might not be eligible for a replacement. I have to wait for them to contact me back (whenever that might happen) with my options!
So your update killed my device that is still under warranty, and instead of standing behind your product and replacing it, you want to explore your options? Like what? Offer me a pathetic discount? Great.
If that's what comes of this, I'll be moving on to another device type.

So, just thought I'd post an update. I received a confirmation of my case number via email. And then crickets. It's now been 7 days since my Versa was bricked by FitBit's update, and since I contacted support, and they don't seem inclined to do anything about it.
So that's awesome.
