Versa Bug

My brand new versa seems to have a bug - randomly switches screens/gets stuck on the exercise app without me pressing anything. Now can’t get back to home screen - have already hard reset it once already. It’s only 1 week old.

If you haven't already done so, try restarting the Versa several times (press bottom R and L buttons together till the fitbit logo comes up)  IF that doesn't work, try a factory reset in the settings app on the watch (scroll down to About).  If that doesn't fix it then you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)
