Versa is stating it's connected to my iPhone, however, the last successful sych was 11/27 at 9:42PM. How do I correct this? I have tried the following: turned bluetooth off and on while app is closed, restarted phone, reset the Versa and tried using a different iPhone to synch to with no success. Is the next step to remove and add the device to my account?
Best AnswerMine is the same, it says it’s connected but will not sync. Seems to happen on a regular basis which is very annoying. Normally if I shut down the versa and power it up again it works but firstly I shouldn’t have to keep doing that and secondly it hasn’t worked this time!!
