Either its not charging or the screen is faulty or the watch is dead.
If you remove and replace it on the charger it should display something.
Have a look at the suggestion posted here it might help you check if its a charging problem or other problem.
Warning, sometimes doing a factory reset destroys the watch due to a bug in the process.

Did the PC beep when you plugged it in?
When you have flashing lights on the back try restarting it with the buttons.
If you get a at least a vibrate or even a logo its working, but the screen may be faulty or the clock face may be faulty.

If you received no Fitbit logo when starting it the screen may be faulty.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you further.
