Versa Display gone

My Fitbit Versa display is suddenly gone. I see no Service Center in India. The device is under warranty. The support chat via twitter is not that responsive. How do I get help?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with your Versa screen. Thank you for letting me know that your device is under warranty. Fitbit doesn't have any physical repair centers that can accommodate servicing or repairing your device, however, upon checking with our Support team, I was told that they have been working with you via email. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution, just keep an eye on your inbox.
