Versa Freezing & Display Issue

I bought my Versa 3 in March 2021. Recently I’ve noticed that its not syncing with my phone more often and has the phone symbol displayed on it. I’ve also noticed recently that it’s not saving some of my activities. Today it completely froze but had a strange clock face which I didn’t select. After a while it went back to normal and has been fine since. I charge it up for around 30 minutes each day.

Hi @With_A_Zed  - your watch can appear frozen if you accidentally enable Always On and disable wrist wake.

 

To check swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and there you will find the icons.

 

If you are having syncing issues try logout of the Fitbit App and restarting both watch and phone.
