For over a week now my Versa had been dropping it's connection with my phone whilst out cycling. I have been given three different solutions by Fitbit and have had to reset and then setup again with the phone- still no luck. What's the point of a fitness tracker that's doesn't track. Fitbit refuse to acknowledge it could be a hardware issue! Useless and NOT fit for purpose!

Do you mean for connected-GPS? In any case, yes there are bluetooth connection issues (=software, not hardware). Can you confirm that your phone is a "supported" device?

It's great to see you here @Couliepj and @lenny4d thanks for the input.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this problem. If you are having issues with the GPS connected feature, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there. Also as recommended, check if your phone is a compatible mobile device.
Let me know the outcome.
