Versa GPS crashing

Almost each time I use Bike exercise tracking, Versa is connecting to my iPhone GPS fine but some kms later it crashes, Versa is restarting itself?

 

Up to this point it at least records data and map. Sometimes it happens after 2km, next time tracked 12km and crashed. Looks like software issue and needs a fix and update asap. Or any other ideas? 

Happened twice with Walk tracking too!

It's great to welcome you @Valgus.

Have you tried if this happens with another kind of exercise or just biking? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.

Hi,
As I mensioned in the first post - its not the GPS that is crashing but the Versa itself alltogether. GPS connection is fine til Versa is crashing!!

And yes, it happened twice or more with Walking exercise app too!

Maybe I wasn't clear enough but it's the Versa watch itself crashing/restarting not the GPS. GPS is connecting fine, even if it drops the connection time to time, it still reconnects.
