Versa GPS data tracking issue

Fitbit not showing map or pace break down when recording a run. I started and stopped the run. It paused and restartEd automatically. GPS tracking is on. App is iPhone 7. Seems to only give me this info if I am also running Runmeter app at the same time.

Hi @MillyT, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the GPS data issue that your Versa experienced.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you recently and a solution was provided. I'm glad to hear that you are back on track with a replacement unit.
