Versa GPS problem

Hi, when i start my exercise it says ”connecting”. My location and data is turned on in my iPhone settings and also turned on in the fitbit app and watch. But it never connects - just continues to say connecting throughout my exercise. Any help on how to get my GPS linked up would be great please 🙂

Yep ive started getting this recently. Was the last straw for me. Am selling it and am getting an Apple Watch. Hope its gets fixed for you.
