When I record a run on Versa, I'm finding that huge chunks of my run are missing. Entire loops won't be on the map, and it's edited the red line to look continuous (i.e. it looks like I continued straight, but I actually turned right, did a kilometer loop and came back to the same spot). So my runs have been extremely inaccurate 🙁 is there a fix?
Best Answer@Gazebra it's because the GPS connection was lost. Whats your phone model and OS? Also what's your Versa firmware version and Fitbit mobile app version?

Best Answer@Gazebra .30 is the latest version. Make sure Fitbit app is not optimized by Android battery settings and that Always Connected and All-day sync are enabled. Also, try locking Fitbit mobile app in the background.
