So looking for anyone who has a versa with the same issue. As of this weekend my Fitbit versa light is red, the Fitbit no longer lights up when I look at it and is incorrectly doing ya heart rate and active minutes. For example, I work a 8am to 5pm job in which I am at a desk. I did not work out today. It says I have 631 active minutes for the day with my heart rate saying 147; I am currently laying in bed. When I contacted support (today being the third time) I was told I need to bear with the company as it is an issue for the versa and that I have to deal with it until they figure out how to resolve it. So now I’m just sitting with my Fitbit that doesn’t work correctly; very frustrating.

Yes I have the same issue and contacted support and sent s direct message on Twitter. Same response. I wish I had a way to go back one software update so my versa would work correctly again. I know your frustration
