Versa Heart Rate Monitor Not Working

The green LED lights stopped working on my Versa midway through Wednesday. I have completed all of the trouble shooting tips. I even chatted with Nikki to try and help me get this issue fixed. Nothing has worked. Turning it off/on, making sure the Heart Rate is turned “ON”, doing a hard reset, and completely resetting the device, and setting it up like it is brand new. Nothing has worked! I have updated the app, I’m on the newest version, and I have updated the firmware. The green lights aren’t coming on at all. This is so disappointing! HELP!!

Hi @JillianOK It sounds as if you have done everything possible. If your Versa is still covered by warranty then go back to Support as the HR lights seem to have failed. If you are not still under warranty then there is really nothing you can do. Sorry.
