The heart rate monitor just stopped working. I did a restart and contacted customer service. They had no other troubleshooting recommendations and told me I have to buy a new one. It's out of warranty but not old at all. Justva little over a year. Even so, this product should not give out after a year. I would not want to buy a new one if it's only going to break again. Does anyone have any recommendations?
