Versa Heart Rate Stopped Working

My heart rate monitor stopped working.  I didn't charge it as I left the charger at work and it was 'dead' for a few days.  Then when I recharged it and put it back on the little hear has no number.  Help!  I have tried all the recommended processes in this forum.

Whick 'recommended processes' have you tried? I dont want to repeat everything you have already done.
