I have had my Versa for less than a year and the heart rate monitor stopped working two days ago. I’ve checked my settings, and done the hard restart multiple times. Is there anything else I can try? I’m very frustrated because I have used a Fitbit since 2013, but if this can’t be fixed I won’t buy another.

Hi @St1119 , go to the settings of your Versa and turn off the HR. Do several restarts (I know you already did). After that, when you have the latest Firtbit app on you phone, restart your phone also. Go back to your Versa and enable HR again and sync your Versa with the Fitbit app. Is your problem is not solved by this procedure, call Customer Support about it, your still in warranty unless you bought it somewhere else.
