I just got mine last night and I am having a ton of issues. I have been on support for syncing and now it won't stay connected, plus I can't get notifications. My Pebble watch is working so much better.

Yes I am having issues with :

- Unable to connect to WIFI

- Unable to sync over Bluetooth to iPhone 5 or Windows 10

I have spent around 5 hours using the Fitbit live chat - they have escalated the case to the specialist team which deals with emerging Versa issues and apparently I now need to wait to hear from them.

Interestingly the Versa connects fine via Bluetooth to 2 different sets of headphones, but the above does not work ....

Welcome to the club. I bought my first Versa the day it came out and went through hell for 2 hours with it. Bluetooth wouldn't work and their Windows app was buggy. I wasted an hour on their support line with no resolution. I took it back that day.

Today I decided (May 11th) to try again. Lost WiFi where transferring music even though the watch was lying on top of my wireless box. Then it wouldn't receive notifications (email and message) from my iPhone even though my Pebble Round were receiving them. Wasted another hour on the phone before the guy said it will be transferred to a "specialist team" for Versa issue with no time frame. The watch goes back.

There are several chats going on at the moment re versa syncing issues on fitbit community so check them all out . You will be relieved everyone’s having the same issue but annoyed that Fitbit are not taking ownership and recalling all their versas and offering refunds . If Fitbit don’t take action now they could be the next topic on a current affair or 60 minutes in Australia . I’m guessing this is a worldwide issue and not just Australia suffering this pain .

Yep. Me too. It used to work great then the battery went from lasting nearly 5 days to 14 hours if I'm lucky and today the syncing won't work.  So fed up.
